I have seen my grandmother clear a farm and provide food to those who helped, because the only condition for this to work is that you come first with a clean heart. Only then does the door open. I have seen people arrive at our home without the basics, and they were given what they needed, in exchange for what they could give.

In our culture, there is a saying: “The hands are not aligned for a reason, but they are joined to serve.”

This is the spirit of giving, learning, and growing together.

The African Vibes Exchange Fellowship brings this philosophy into modern wellness. It is a pathway for dedicated individuals with a light in them, who believe they can bring that light to African Vibes Massage through training, mentorship, or the program they choose.

We created a path that honors both ancestral exchange and modern excellence:
you bring your gifts, talents, or skills to support the growth of African Vibes, and in return, you receive premium mentorship, training, and access to our teachings at a reduced fee or fully sponsored.

3. Is this a volunteer program?

No. This is not volunteering. It is a mutual exchange of value: fellows contribute their skills or expertise, and in return, they receive mentorship, training, and access to African Vibes knowledge.

4. What kind of skills or contributions are you looking for?

We welcome a variety of talents, including:

Creative content (photography, videography, writing)
Marketing, social media, or digital skills
Administrative or organizational support
Herbal, sound, or movement knowledge

5. How long does the fellowship last?

Fellowship duration depends on the specific program, typically ranging from 3 to 6 months, with clearly defined milestones and mentorship sessions.

To maintain a high standard and meaningful experience, we accept a limited number of fellows annually. Selection is competitive and based on skills, commitment, and alignment with African Vibes values.

7. Can I receive full sponsorship or a reduced fee?

Yes. Depending on your contribution and alignment with the program, fellows may receive full or partial sponsorship, covering access to our mentorship and training programs.

8. Will I be working with clients or giving massages?

No. Fellows do not provide direct services to clients. All mentorship, training, and learning experiences are conducted in a supervised, safe, and professional environment.
